Definitely go to the Grand Canyon N Rim

90% of Visitors go to the Grand Canyon South Rim. It's closer to Las Vegas. Although the North and South Rims are only 10 miles apart, it takes 4 hours drive to get from one to the other.The North Rim is only open though from Mid May -October, and the South Rim is open year round. When we were camping there, the lodge and restaurant and all services are all already shut down, it was eerie walking amongst it. And only campground was open. We had wonderful fall cool weather hikes all to ourselves.
