Back in Bakersfield, enroute to Death Valley

Stopped to spend night in Bakersfield, CA from ocean on way to Death Valley. It is a real drive through town, very high pollution, drugs, and crime. . But nice cheap place to stay and get a van washed and vacuumed of all the ocean mist. Before heading into Death Valley to get desert dust all over it. Did see some funny things in town like a indoor shooting range in a strip mall next to a mattress store, and a local taco stand permanently outside of a Home Depot, for contractors, etc. iit had delicious chili verde (you can't make those things up! LOL)
