Driving on the way to Smoky Mountains National Park we drove through Knoxville, TN.
We weren't really too hungry until we came up to wood smokers! It smelled so great had to stop. They even gave us samples. Tasted the ribs, pulled pork, and decided on the ribs. these are the best ribs we agreed we have ever had. Smoked slowly over wood and falling off the bone. Would stop again if in the area!
