You view company history video. Followed by looking through a window into factory line. And ice cream tasting. The lids didn't keep up with the ice cream so they had to throw away about 30 little containers before line was shut down. We wondered (probably from Midwest factory thinking).. Why isn't there a fast line shutoff.
