High heat index & van electric a/c acting up

We pulled into the site for the campground around 2 pm in the blazing hot sun, with no shade trees around. the ac stopped working, and there is a major heat index at the time!.

We thought AC was broke, So Denzil thought a good time to go into town and see the movie we were going to see before we left but didn't have time, Jason Bourne movie. It was nice and cool, and then we went back to site and it had cooled down enough that van ac worked again.
