Tourist town to get groceries and fix electricity

The electricity in Monument Valley campground had a Navajo electrician as they required. Unfortunately not sure if they are part of the Union electricians! (probably not), so the electrical 30 amp circuit was faulty so we had to verify if that short circuited the van electricity, fortunately it didn't!
Got some groceries the next day and headed out. Wanted to stop by Arches NP but a line of 50 cars to get in? perfect mountain bike weather I guess.
