Snakes in Bathroom and Wild horses

Saw the most beautiful wild horses just outside this very remote National Monument. Very beautiful campground with only 10 sites and it has NP dark skies rating due to no nearby lights. Had to laugh at the restroom signs though, and also be a little aware too! Hiked 3 hours into the canyon with ancient Indian ruins around. the Indians in the area all left the region around the year 1300. Studies are unsure if cause was a 20 year drought, war in the area, or food was running scarce. but towards the end they built towers possibly for defense and then left, also a lot of religious kiva building around the same time.
